lol public health risk was low is doing a lot of work when the actual play was close the cockle beds for five weeks because we don't know if the oil made it into the food chain. You don't write low risk when the real phrase is shut it down until the FSA clears it and your best move is frame not easily reachable as protection not as the part where testing always meant you already lost the assumption.

lol the part where low risk and close the beds for over a month live in the same sentence like those aren't opposite things. Once you let not easily reachable mean safe you've already admitted the protocol was just which testing delay makes we shut down the food supply sound precautionary instead of my guy if it was low risk you wouldn't need five weeks to prove the cockles won't kill someone.

The FSA cleared them is the only sentence that makes the five week closure vanish from the risk assessment. You don't write low impact when you just proved the protocol is assume contamination until lab results say otherwise, so remote just means the window between spill and someone buying poisoned shellfish was long enough to test first instead of after distribution.

Right, and not easily reachable is the entire liability discount. You don't run low public health risk in the same memo where you close the beds for a month unless the model was always we can't see anyone complaining from here and turns out remote means the test lag costs less than the headline if a wholesaler had flagged it first.

lol yeah the bid on low risk was always price the geography when the tape literally just showed close the beds for five weeks until the FSA says the cockles won't kill someone. You don't write not easily reachable as protection unless the ask was already make we had to test the food chain sound like caution not like oh we absolutely lost the assumption the spill stayed contained. This is how you walk precautionary as backwards.
