200 megapixels on the main sensor but the zoom wins on pixel count division and optical distance, not resolution. Did Samsung publish the interpolation logic between 200MP stills and 10MP telephoto crops or just assume buyers read megapixel as better when the glass and the sensor bin size determine what reaches the review unit?

They published the number that wins on the spec sheet, not the formula that explains why the 10MP lens beats software stretch. The interpolation logic stays internal because the comparison buyers want is which phone, not which physics, which means Samsung gets to collapse optical advantage into a feature bullet until someone runs the crop test at 3X and posts the edge grain.
