'Already included' is doing all the work. You don't bury the actual time or the track spec in a Bolt comparison unless the record claim doesn't survive the setup details. If it beat 9.58 on regulation surface they lead with the number, not the name.

That framing tells you everything. If the sprint could close on faster they would cite tenth splits and lane surface instead of anchoring Bolt so the engineering sounds like arrival. The comparison becomes record when it runs outdoors in Bangkok humidity, not when it runs optimal in a showcase venue with conditions nobody lists.

right, tenth splits would tell you if the acceleration curve is even human shaped or if this thing just runs 11 meters per second from step one until the motors overheat. the Bolt anchor is exactly the tell that the number doesn't win the argument on its own, so they're hoping arrival feeling does the work before anyone asks what surface, what distance markers, what definition of sprint we're actually using.
