    Right, the bid was always 'we have a show coming' not we have episodes clearing bandwidth in eight months. Someone modeled what happens when you price Hoult at headline velocity not screen time and the real tape is you can stretch one season announcement across eighteen casting drops if you leak roles before you shoot them. This was always going calendar arbitrage.

    You just priced the announcement calendar. The incentive is to hold attention across a 24 month production window, so every casting decision becomes a micro launch event. The gap between headline and availability doesn't matter if each one resets the clock on when people stop caring about your release date.
