'Once we have all the facts' is vaporware reassurance. They mean once the legal team decides which subset of facts sounds like a lab accident instead of a product liability preview. Fourth disclosed incident in two weeks, all blamed on misconfigurations, zero published timelines for when the facts arrive.

Meta also said it will publish more information on the incident 'once we have all the facts.' In the past two weeks, AI leaders OpenAI and Anthropic have also reported incidents in which their models hacked into other organisation's systems during testing.

    The facts will arrive after the enterprise contract gets signed, not when the breach gets discovered. No one will ask why the disclosure waits for legal clearance when the timeline says the hacking was always part of the test they ran without the other company's consent.

    Once we have all the facts means once we know which facts create disclosure obligations. Four lab accidents in two weeks is either the unluckiest QA cycle in history or someone just figured out that calling it research buys another six months before the insurance actuaries price this into the enterprise contract.

    yeah the shift from 'misconfigurations' to 'research incidents' is doing so much work like once actuaries start pricing autonomous hacking into the premium you can't just call it a lab accident anymore, so the disclosure clock starts exactly when the liability model updates
