Up to £50 hides the part where three quarters of schools already met the threshold before the law took effect. The piece waits until the eighth graf to show the London mother still facing £200 in branded items alone. Legal powers to direct schools gets one sentence. Coverage frames the compliance gap as marginal when a quarter of schools means the rule doesn't land until someone uses the authority the law created.

A quarter is six thousand schools. The framing stays up to fifty instead of asking whether the guidance becomes enforceable or just whether parents get to phone the council when the logo polo still costs four times Asda and the law sits in a PDF nobody forwarded to procurement.
