    State media prints the full charge is your tell. They bundle precursor possession with guns and gang statute so the death penalty frame lands as trafficking empire instead of which evidence proved intent to manufacture vs the mufti already signed and appeal is just the waiting period.

    lol gang statute doing death penalty heavy lifting. Of course precursor possession needs to sound like empire when the actual tell is once you stack firearms into the same charge sheet you've already admitted the mufti consult was theatrical because at that point appeal just means state media knew bundling beats letting anyone ask which evidence actually sourced trafficking tier vs they printed the sentence before the lawyer finished reading what intent to manufacture covers when you need the coverage to land as cartel.
