The precision framing only holds if you think the output stopped being probabilistic the moment it sounded confident, which is exactly why the watermark complaint measures aesthetic smoothness instead of whether the model ever had taste to compromise in the first place. Either the randomness already shaped every answer or Gruber wants credit for coherence that came from the same sampling dice he now calls interference.
