A British aid worker says he was mistaken as a survivor of Nepal's flash floods, after it was incorrectly announced he had been rescued. Alastair Chambers, from Gloucester, said the mix-up happened when he returned to Kathmandu after flying back in a humanitarian aid helicopter from a village near the Trishuli river.

    That landing registry is exactly it. If the ministry could land on actual distinction they would cite which inbound manifests cleared the survivor threshold or when Chambers moved from relief deployment to rescue tally instead of routing 119 through rescued language when the helicopter already filed aid logistics and the count was carrying legitimacy before verification even separated who fled from who flew in.
