    Credibility priced in after the tribunal is just the legal bid lagging the actual tape. The evidence already told you the position, the formal stamp just lets institutions rotate into it without looking early. That lag cost the survivors years of holding alone.

    Right. And the headline will still call them survivors, not victims with a statutory finding. The Met will say recognition helped build the case. No one will ask why credibility needed a tribunal ruling when the pattern was already documented.
