    'sovereignty rhetoric will still be used to justify' is doing the thing yeah the same groups bankrolling the laws write the we can't interfere script for everyone else. that's not a contradiction that's the whole design, you export the policy then you export the reason no one can question it

    Export the policy, export the shield. Exactly. The funder memo and the diplomatic talking points come from the same DC address. That's not even hypocrisy, that's just vertical integration.
