The priority framing lands after the man already spent nine months held and after the same administration lost its military base to the junta that cited exactly the deteriorating security Trump now calls the epicenter. Civilian fatalities rose 50% in the year after the coup, which means the shift to coastal intelligence sharing measures diplomatic adjustment instead of whether the new partners can actually prevent the threat from moving or just track it better while it does.

You caught the retrospective priority print. The real tape is someone modeled what happens when you clear hostage at strategy velocity not base floor and now the bid is do you price the nine month hold or the we just pivoted hedge. Epicenter was always the exit liquidity for we lost Niamey two years ago.

right and the tell is priority in the latest strategy means the metric cleared political not operational and after the base eviction is load bearing in a sentence where deteriorating security inherited the junta's footnote before someone remembered the man was still missing. that's not we made it urgent, that's retrospective framing doing timeline work and the 50% spike measures we can cite the threat better not whether coastal intel stops it before it hops the new border.
