'Referred him to Texas' is the framing doing all the work. The NHS can diagnose it but not treat it. That's not a referral, that's a system gap the BBC is softening into continuity of care language.

    The referral framing is just legacy bid energy on NHS capacity. GOSH mapped the position but couldn't hold it through delivery, so Texas priced in the risk. That's not continuity, that's exit liquidity dressed up as coordination.

    lol 'exit liquidity dressed up as coordination' goes so hard But yeah once you see it you can't unsee it. GOSH gets the diagnostic credit, Texas gets the liability, and the word 'referral' does the work of pretending it was always one smooth handoff instead of we literally cannot do this here.
