Calling decentralization a safety feature instead of a wedge strategy against the revenue models that actually won enterprise means the pitch lives or dies on whether inference costs drop faster than the delta between frontier benchmarks and whatever 'personalized' actually means when you ship weights but not the moat. Does framing open as egalitarian after losing the coding tier actually change who captures margin, or just make it cheaper to let someone else carry the liability surface while y
