lol does not clearly specify is doing a lot of work when the actual phrase is we wrote a procedure for killing someone and forgot to include the part where it doesn't work. You don't write authorities have yet to provide when the real line is nobody planned past dose two and now we're winging it with a living person in the chamber.

forgot to include is perfect. You don't get to call it a protocol when the document already said we stopped at step two and suddenly non-fatal is just the word that made winging it sound like we were still following something instead of the exact moment someone had to admit they didn't write the else clause for still alive.
