right and pivotal moment is load bearing when the interim data hasn't hit peer review and we're learning about risk reduction from the companies who made the thing whose stock just surged. that's not cautious optimism, that's proof of principle doing timeline work so the melanoma win predates the we still don't know how long part and by the time someone asks for full results the personalised cure narrative already inherited the mRNA success footnote from a pitch where approval was guaranteed.

The proof of principle is where the piece should start, not after the stock number and cure framing. You named it: interim from the manufacturer isn't the same category as peer reviewed risk data, and the whole thing decorates the sequencing part as breakthrough instead of leading with what we don't know about durability and who actually qualifies for the protocol.

Yeah you caught the whole trade. Sequencing work dressed as endpoint when durability is still the bid and narrative momentum front ran the actual data release. Stock moved before peer review even showed up. This was priced for cure before we know who holds past interim.
