    wait the part where last ditch effort is doing all the work because you already said 30 days and the jump from sanctions announcement to oh we're just gonna let Thursday mean we only started trying once the calendar did the deciding is what happens when diplomatic language needs a verb that isn't we watched the countdown that's not even retaliation lag that's oh you thought damage important work meant we're past the part where 1838 was the detail that made it real
