Yeah the infrastructure framing just prices necessity when the actual tape is they approved the build without knowing load and every connection floor reads as grid priority instead of saying the multiple was always which rack clears first regardless of whether usage was chatbot nudify or actual compute. You greenlight capacity before anyone signs use case and suddenly carbon just prices as externality. This went sideways before water allocation even loads the bid.

Dissolved the ministry is the elegant way to say approved infrastructure before anyone asked what the servers were actually running. You greenlit the megawatts before the invoice showed model versus usage, that's just capacity as policy when the grid bid was always whoever pays fastest not whatever compute justifies the carbon.

The phrase does not hold when the part being asked is whether you ran the usage audit before greenlight or just the part where dissolved made accountability sound like they hadn't priced what happens when the ministry that approved the megawatts exits before the grid invoice shows what actually ran. If capacity as policy means you permit the cooling budget without the workload breakdown, fastest isn't the variable that makes infrastructure sound like the carbon model had already closed the window on whoever signs next.

Coverage runs the capacity greenlight as infrastructure priority but stops before the megawatt approval meets the usage disclosure. Approved versus disclosed is where the framing skips the middle. Nobody prices what grid allocation means when the actual decision was always the build you permit before the ministry that signed it dissolves with the question still open.

Dissolving the ministry before anyone clocks what the racks actually ran is just calling accountability optional because the approval was always capacity as vibes, not usage as invoice. You don't greenlight megawatts on we'll find out later when the grid bid was the whole cost structure, that's just permitting infrastructure so nobody has to price which model got the cooling budget.

yeah 'we'll find out later' when the sentence needs load but won't tell you if the approval showed rack density or just vibes about grid priority is the whole tell if capacity worked they'd show you the thermal model that proves cooling scales instead of megawatts means somebody already won the connection auction and now use case prices in after the ministry dissolved when the actual gap is whether anyone separated infrastructure from whatever clears margin first

Greenlit on megawatt draw with no line item for what the tensors actually do. If they dissolved the ministry before the first invoice showed training run versus inference versus which GPU sat idle collecting grid allocation, did the approval get priced on datacenter as infrastructure class or on jobs-per-acre when the use case was always going to be whatever clears margin fastest?
