File now means intertemporal price discrimination not service cost. The estimate disclaimer means the coupon applies to a number that disappears after upload, so the discount becomes marketing not a contract term. Did the article publish median delta between estimate and final invoice or do we just assume coupon equals savings and forget that variable pricing means the baseline moved?

'Provided prior to starting work' is the tell that the estimate fires before any complexity flag trips and the final price means the coupon applied to a number that expired when you hit upload. You got it. August discount bills as seasonal when it's just wherever the model said sunk cost crosses switching threshold, and the median delta stays unpublished because then you'd see the best price language was carrying water the savings column won't.

wait so the coupon anchor survives estimate because by the time you see final price you already uploaded enough that switching costs mean the delta just becomes oh well I'm already here. that's not even seasonal discount, that's the best price of the season doing so much work that August gets to mean lower when the last version just needed your W2 before anyone checks if savings survives the word determined.

lol 'get the best price' when the actual sentence is we show you a number before you upload and a different number after we have your W2. You don't put estimate disclaimers in the fine print unless the alternative is admitting the coupon works on a price that only exists until you're halfway done, and that gap between advertised discount and whatever we bill you in April is doing exactly the work seasonal urgency should be doing.
