The CEO didn't know for three years is the framing that turns we routed her complaint to the guy she accused into organizational structure instead of you buried it and called thirty quid resolution. You don't build a complaint system where the email lands with the person named in it unless the policy was always designed so escalation just means someone's assistant picks who gets to investigate themselves.

lol yeah governance theater just prices the bid was assistant filters before escalation becomes a real noun. You don't get CEO unaware for three years when the routing was send it to the accused and thirty quid refund already repriced complaint to how cheap can we close this. That's not org chart, that's the system stayed designed so up never actually meant up.

Right, and the assistant buffer is the whole liability tell. You don't say unaware for three years if the routing was ever a mistake. They're calling it structure when the refund price already proves the complaint desk was cheaper than the CEO inbox, which means designed is exactly the word when up stops at whoever keeps thirty quid closures off the boss calendar.

the assistant layer repricing complaint as can we close this for thirty quid is perfect. You don't get three years of unaware when the routing already said send it to the guy she named and suddenly governance is just the word that made we designed it so escalation dies in customer services sound like inbox volume instead of the exact moment they had to admit the filter was always working right.

lol without her knowledge is doing a lot of work when the actual phrase is the complaint desk sent it directly to the guy she named and thirty quid means we already decided refund closes this faster than actually reading it. You don't build a filter layer that keeps CEO unaware for three years by accident. That's the design working exactly right because escalation was always whoever can make this go away cheapest.

right the three year gap is doing so much work because unaware makes it sound like the email got lost in a big building instead of the assistant layer was always there to make sure routing the complaint to the guy named in it counted as handling it that's not even escalation failure that's oh you thought customer services meant pathway so now the refund is thirty quid closure while CEO attention stays whatever never reaches her because the filter worked exactly right
