Once you let conference season means strategic priority you've already admitted the threat assessment was just which deadline makes £10bn sound like we've been planning this instead of we need a sentence that turns oh shit back into sovereignty so the line becomes Britannia Shield and suddenly the gap in coverage is a heritage relaunch.
