The tell was they needed the complement not replace line before anyone asked why the doctor budget drops from 200% to 10% in six months, and suddenly oversight is just whichever sample survives the no side effects yet window. You still sweat the confident AI claim but nobody logs what mild to moderate actually trained on.

That complement not replace doing all the work before the coverage math ships is the whole playbook now. You don't budget 10% sampling unless the liability model already decided discovering harm late costs less than reviewing every script and the acne framing just carries the idea that derm was low stakes before anyone defines what moderate trained on.
