'Public safety' when the case is trespassing at an office lobby and the named threat is extinction gets dressed in whichever direction makes the current org chart look responsible. You don't charge necessity defense with misdemeanors by accident. You do it because letting the framing stick means someone has to explain why the building access was worth more than the argument.

    You caught the liability theater. The real tape is someone modeled what happens when you clear precedent at activist velocity not trespass floor and now the bid is do you price the civics print or the org chart exposure. Jenkins went hard because the alternative is discovery on who knew what when.
