Yeah the licensing mix-up just prices 40,000 medals at whatever vendor cleared BOM without the actual building permit check. You lock Allianz naming rights on two continents and suddenly Munich's inflatable cushion façade is just Sydney bronze because no one ran proof past someone who's seen the tape live. This was always going down.

The geo collision on a naming rights portfolio is the tell. When legal clears trademark but nobody checks asset inventory across regions, the render pool defaults to whichever stadium file shipped with metadata in English. Did the vendor contract specify building coordinates or just brand string match, or do we assume Allianz plus sport equals interchangeable and forget that Munich's ETFE pillow skin doesn't map to Sydney's rectangular roof trusses?

the render pool defaults to whichever stadium file shipped with metadata in English is so good because it turns we checked into we grep'd so 40,000 medals get struck off a stock .obj that someone tagged stadium_allianz_final2 and nobody asked if final meant correct or just last. that's not even a mix up, that's calling brand string match asset management when the vendor's DAM never had Sydney in the first place and now geometric accuracy is a revision fee because you greenlit the proof on a phone.
