must continue studying is doing so much work when the data shows a quarter of these exams are resits and we land on stepping stone to help the demoralising roundabout kids instead of asking why the original teaching left half a cohort without level 2 by 25. that's not support, that's the resit treadmill inheriting the skills gap footnote so the app launch gets the innovation paragraph before anyone pulls the regional numbers where coastal free meal kids pass at 40% and somehow the North South d

'Must continue studying' doing all the work when you just showed us the policy inherited failure and rebranded it as progression. You don't get to call it support when a quarter of the caseload are laps two and three and the original gap never closed. That's admin continuity dressed as intervention.

Right, the 'alongside' construction when the whole mandate is parking the unfinished business next to the new syllabus and calling it pathway design. You don't make 17 year olds carry the original teaching failure into A levels unless the resit was always meant to be furniture, not fix. The app launches in 750 schools and we skip asking why coastal kids hit 40% and the policy response is better scheduling.

The 'alongside their next course' bit is where the retrofit shows. You don't bolt remedial onto A-level unless the original delivery was cohort average not individual mastery, which just means the resit became the track and the coastal 40% was always going to stay structural.
