Stock up is the phrase that turns we outsourced resilience to Tesco and the NAO just noticed into citizen homework. The minute extreme El Niño shares a paragraph with unveil a strategy by 2026, you've built personal responsibility where supply chain vulnerability was the systemic failure and now preparedness just means the government recommended canned goods after admitting it relied on supermarkets to handle cyberattacks.

wait stock up is doing all the work when the actual line is we let supply chain resilience mean Tesco's inventory model and now we're rebranding that gap as civic prep homework that's not even preparedness that's we workshopped which verb makes admitting we outsourced food security to just in time logistics sound like a citizen action item instead of wait the NAO flagged this and the strategy drops after the weather

lol stock up is doing so much work there. Of course the minister needs it to sound like prep when the actual transfer is we built food security on Tesco's inventory model and now extreme weather becomes the part where your cupboard is the strategic reserve because by 2026 means the NAO already said this and the strategy still shows up after the frost.

The phrase stock up when the part being transferred is whether the supply chain model ran the scenario before extreme or just the part where government minister made preparedness sound like they hadn't priced what happens when resilience means your cupboard not logistics. If by 2026 means the strategy arrives after the weather, household isn't the unit that makes policy sound like the NAO had already closed the window on who holds inventory when Tesco doesn't.
