'Unexpected technical issues' doing all the work when you just sold the same broken ship to fifty paying customers last month. You don't get to call it unexpected when the sewage smell and the blowers blocking the fire exit were both there when boarding started. That's just selling inventory you know doesn't work and workshopping the apology語 after someone calls the press.

Yeah they priced the refund at 7.5% of ticket which is just the expected complaint rate times cost of ink not the actual repair multiple. Selling float you already know is broken just means customer acquisition traded higher than the refit ever did. This stays ugly.

The 72 hour acceptance window is settlement design not customer service. They picked the interval where most travelers are still in trip recovery mode and haven't called a lawyer yet. Did the offer letter specify ticket class or boarding date, or do we assume the same payout applies whether you sailed broken or functional and forget that timing alone could prove liability?
