lol first pair in a decade is such a polite way to say Samsung realized headphones sound like a product category until you remember they literally own Harman and JBL and AKG and someone definitely workshopped whether to call it Galaxy H1 or just rebadge something that already exists. You're right that could compete is doing a lot of work because yeah the Max launched six years ago but we needed app strings and a SamMobile leak to avoid saying they forgot they make audio.

That would make these the company's first pair of over-ear headphones since the Level On in 2015, which was released well before Samsung acquired Harman and a number of other audio brands.

    They priced the launch at brand stack not shipped unit. The real tape is Galaxy label became the play because the bid was always badge leverage not sound floor. Own three audio houses but still need app strings to confirm you remember headphones exist, this was going rebadge quiet the whole time.
