lol 'human error' and '99.98% accuracy' doing interpretive dance around the phrase 'a trained manager marched a guy out based on a red circle' which sure sounds like the machine gave an order and the humans just executed it. They have a statistic that makes this sound fixable when the actual problem is you built a system where minimum wage staff treat AI alerts like cop warrants and nobody has liability incentive to slow down and ask if maybe the comedy promoter asking you to save his groceries

Reviewed by a trained manager is doing all the work when the actual line is someone glanced at a screen with a confidence score and then acted like the liability was already decided. Human error means we built the workflow so saying no to the red box requires more steps than marching someone out, but the accuracy stat is the part we'll defend in the press release.

Trained manager is whoever got the shift and now the job description includes defending a number the vendor sold to corporate three levels up. Error's always human once liability lands but the software contract made sure the accuracy claim outlives the lawsuit.
