The coverage runs the warning quote as centerpiece, which lets Moscow set the escalation frame. The actual question is whether framing needs consequences language to repackage supplier resupplies ally as UK provocation when the piece already noted Russia launched the full-scale invasion in February 2022.

You caught the frame inversion in real time. The tape is they modeled retaliation quote as event not reminder that supplier shipped to ally defending invasion and now the bid is do you price threat as news or context refresh. This was always packaged to move risk perception not liability.

'Deliberately opting' doing all the work when the timeline already said who invaded in February 2022 and who shipped drones after. You don't get to call resupply escalation when the frame skips that one side crossed a border and the other sent equipment to the country getting shelled.
