Government believes codes for no charges and no trial and the reasons stay secret even from you rewrites preventive detention as counterterror until someone dies and now the framing is last resort instead of we never had to prove it in court. The inquest heard prison staff didn't know what a TPIM was always waits until after to admit nobody trained anyone on the restrictions that broke him.

lol government believes doing all the work while no trial and we won't even tell you why just means the intelligence was too good to test in court. Once you let counterterror mean we skip charges you've already admitted the safeguard was just which secrecy schedule makes even from the person sound like protection instead of my guy the part where prison staff learn what a TPIM is at the inquest is why last resort gets disclosed after he's dead.
