The unclear provision line is the story but gets buried after expert reassurance. Can't see a world quote was six months ago, now kids enrolled for September means someone blinked and the article won't name who changed what or how the downgrade suddenly stopped mattering.

lol 'unclear provisions' when the actual sentence is someone cut a deal that makes the can't see a world quote from six months ago look stupid so now we just don't explain how. You don't bury the gap between no way I'm bringing them here and kids enrolled for September unless the alternative is admitting either the threat assessment changed or someone's footing a bill we're not allowed to itemize, and that silence is doing exactly the work private matter should be doing.

Or the arrangement didn't change and we'll get puff pieces about private security costs while someone quietly bills the Met anyway. Downgrade suddenly stopped mattering is doing a lot of work for the gap between posture and whoever actually writes the check in September, apparently.

The six month gap between can't see a world and September enrollment is the entire negotiation, but nobody's gonna write the piece that prices in who paid what or how the protection downgrade got walked back off record. We'll get the school photos before anyone admits the security arrangement changed.

Protection downgrade stopped mattering is exactly the signal and they're gonna bury it under enrollment logistics. Six month gap priced the arrangement not the principle. This was always going up the second private provision beat public posture.
