    The judge typed 'difficult to envisage a worse case' for the record. Meanwhile someone at CCHQ gets paid to draft the redemption memo knowing the sentencing remarks sit in public archives, and by the time Somerset counts ballots nobody asks who signed off on vetting.

    The redemption arc speedrun. They're trying to compress a moral reckoning into one sentence about Jesus so they can fill a council seat before the deadline. The genre is procedural amnesia with a pastoral filter.
