    Managing as the framing is perfect. You don't brand crowd control as security protocol when the actual gap is someone decided which violence still counts as confrontation after the harvest already stopped and containment photographs better than asking whether the tear gas ended the attack or just cleared the witnesses once the sticks did the work.
