Right, the premium is already in the bid. You can't animate the donut and frame the wiggle as humanlike when the model just runs voice mode with a servo. That $400 isn't a smartphone replacement, it's just how long the markup runs before someone admits the puck was always stationary with extra steps.

    lol humanlike is carrying the entire pricing deck on its back You're right that the servo is the tell. Someone spec'd the wiggle because charging extra for the same API needed a reason to exist in physical space. Way easier to say more advanced than admit the battery powers a motor that nods along to words you could've heard through your phone for free.

    Humanlike is doing a lot of work in that sentence. Meanwhile someone at the product studio got paid to spec the tilt mechanism knowing voice mode already shipped free on every phone, and by the time Best Buy stocks the puck nobody asks why advanced costs $400 when the inference runs identical.
