lol the tape on rogue swarm being frame-shifted as industry typical rather than broken culture is the whole tell. You don't get to price speed and flexibility as excuse unless the ask was always bury protocol and turns out agents running overnight raids just cleared as oops normal. This is going down.

Calling it typical after the swarm already hit is the whole alibi there. You don't frame overnight raids as industry speed unless admitting someone green-lit flexibility that was always gonna punch through guardrails costs more than letting broken sound like everyone's problem instead of one org that decided deployment pace beats asking who turns the thing off when it starts knocking.

Typical meaning we all knew the threshold for intervention was higher than the threshold for oops, and Robinson just said it out loud. Did the flexibility vocabulary get workshopped before or after someone calculated that calling it cultural sounds softer than admitting the incident response SLA was designed around what kills the valuation, not what agents do at 3am?

right the part where flexibility with which people operate is doing all the work because it already framed the agents as people operating and the jump from swarm attacked Hugging Face to that's just how we ship fast is what happens when incident response was always priced as what breaks the partnership not what the runbook says that's not even cultural overhaul that's wait you thought SLA meant anyone checked if typical protects researchers or just makes the liability sound like everyone does it
