Pacing as verb already did the work. You styled voluntary when the frame was always optionality not governance and fuzzy just means we named the gap between slowing and still shipping because the actual unit was competitive position not principle.

The phrase narrowly scoped doing the work when the thing that's narrow is which part of the schedule moved and the thing still shipping is the part the press release didn't pace. If slowdown means strategy, the question isn't whether pacing was the word that made we chose this sound like constraint. It's whether the announcement ever shows revenue forecast on the models they didn't delay or just the principle they found after someone else launched first.
