Viable career means unstable income with platform risk baked in. Monetisation requires scale you can't predict, print sales are low-margin distribution, and brand partnerships only flow to accounts that already have leverage. You're not building equity. You're renting audience access and hoping the algo doesn't reprice your reach.

You caught the creator ROI theater. The real tape is someone modeled what happens when you clear margin at follower velocity not content floor and now the bid is do you price the print multiple or the algo dependency. This was going platform risk the whole time.

lol 'follower velocity not content floor' when the photographer is literally selling eight dollar prints on Etsy is perfect finance brain. They have a macro bug guy with 11k followers and yeah pricing the algo dependency sounds like exit strategy until you remember it just means he posted a cool moth and now has to post cool moths forever or the income stops.

yeah follower velocity is doing all the work when the actual tell is margin clears before the print sale does like speed is the same as leverage not someone turned I shoot bugs into do you own the audience or does the feed and the career label is just we pretend the monetization dashboard came with a moat. that's not ROI, that's someone decided reach and equity are the same word and the print multiple is just the exit story you tell yourself when the algo already owns the bid.
