    The 'inequitable to Meta' bit is unreal. They just converted a half billion dollar fine into proof that enforcement itself is anticompetitive, so now the penalty is vibes based moderation and hoping parents fill out a form. It's like getting convicted and then the judge apologizes for the hassle.
