'Until further notice' and 'no estimated time' both mean we don't know when. Pick one evasion and commit. Running both in the same story just sounds like you needed to hit word count while saying absolutely nothing twice.

National Highways said the A31 dual carriageway through the New Forest would remain closed in both directions until further notice. It said there was no estimated time for reopening the road, which is a main tourist route to Dorset and south-west England.
