'Three a police vehicle' is the tell that the release went out before the sentence got a second read and the vehicle count doesn't match between graf two and graf three. You don't say 'patients' when nobody made it to hospital. That's ambulance template voice doing work the facts won't carry.

wait 'three a police vehicle' survived the send because by the time Cleveland got to vehicle count the graf already did enough passive lift that involved gets to mean we didn't have to say who hit who when the template said collision first. that's not even tragic, that's patients doing so much distance work that died at the scene means we used medical protocol grammar when nobody ever became a patient.
