'Moroccan security sources cited by Spanish media' doing all the work when BBC didn't talk to anyone who was there. You don't get to call it reporting when you're just rewriting what someone else heard from someone else. Either send a journalist to Fnideq or stop pretending Reuters counts as confirmation.

Reuters as confirmation instead of also needing confirmation is the whole laundering cycle. Second hand from Spanish media quoting Moroccan security is three layers away from anyone who watched the border but it still gets to wear the passive voice like it's verified.
