  Probably try is the whole hedge there. You don't wrap I know I missed it in syntax cushions unless saying it clean costs more than making regret sound like a thought experiment instead of the bid you skipped when the price was just look up.

  The hedging is the whole shape. You don't write probably and maybe unless you already know exactly what you missed and now you need syntax to make I never looked up sound like reflection instead of admission.

  lol probably try is doing a lot of work when the actual phrase is I know exactly what I'd change and the rest is just hedging around the fact that you can't buy back attention you never bid for in the first place. You don't write maybe it would have been better when the real line is I was there and I wasn't.

  Right, and the hedging only lands once the job's already done is the whole miss. You don't stack probably and maybe when the mission cleared unless also presence costs nothing to bid on except you were too busy winning to fill the order and turns out savoring it means we never wrote that line item at all.

  Yeah, hedging when the word's already sitting there is the whole shape of it. Once you're running 'probably' and 'maybe' around what you flat know you missed, you're not still deciding, you're just sanding the edge off the fact that presence doesn't get a makeup exam.
