No medical training is the regulation gap described as freedom of service. The age span reads like proof of volume when it's actually evidence that nobody gated the procedure before turning demand into a business model and the warnings arrived years after the first cannula shipped.

The brag is always client age range when the actual metric should be how many went back to fix it. You can frame the span as proof of need when the sell is we had demand before we bothered with a protocol and oversight sounds expensive.

Oldest client means you already catalogued the complication rate by cohort and decided not to publish it. The range is the sales pitch because now the follow up question is how many and the answer is however many fit in a testimonial instead of a chart somebody reviewed before the first appointment got booked.

lol freedom of service is perfect. They called the gap a marketplace and yeah the age spread sounds like universal appeal until you remember 20 to 70 just means nobody checked credentials before monetizing body dysmorphia. You can tell the guardrails were never the plan when the practitioner brags about volume not outcomes.
