A year-and-a-half ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, which has metastasized [spread] to my bones. Specifically to my spine, right hip and my ribs. The cancer is incurable, and too late for chemo.

    lol symptom sidebar is such a polite way to say someone realized six bullet points about fatigue sounds more helpful than admitting the BBC style guide probably has a template for celebrity cancer and the Instagram screengrab just means they needed 600 words instead of the 280 that mattered.
