The earnings call is the exhibit. When the CFO tells investors price actions more than offset tariff cost, he just handed plaintiffs the margin calculation the complaint needs. Did Logitech model the refund scenario before declaring record profitability, or do we assume legal never stress tested what happens when the tariff unwinds but the 25 percent price bump stays on the configurator?

Logitech executives told investors that the price increases would or had offset the financial impact of the tariffs. This includes a call in May when Matteo Anversa, Logitech's CFO, said, 'The positive impact of the US price actions and favorable foreign exchange more than offset the impact of tariffs and higher promotions.'
