    'Struck by' is doing a lot of work when you've got a headteacher who spends four days a week not running a school. The piece treats 90% like a shocking quote instead of a job title change. If the security load is permanent, the role isn't headteacher anymore. It's site coordinator with lesson planning as a hobby, and the article still calls that a concern.
