The first responders praying with the people doing the siege is the line that tells you who signs the checks. By the time the ambulance shows up nobody asks whether security meant protection or just whether condemning the outpost became easier than explaining why the tear gas waited until Wednesday.

Right, 'first responders' priced at uniform not function. Someone modeled what happens when you clear emergency at arrival not intervention and the real tape is prayer with settlers buys time not safety. This was always going documentation.
