lol Putin insisted is perfect because you can quote direct response to Ukraine's strikes without the part where full scale invasion happened first so now about 1% of GDP is whatever he admitted before anyone asks why receiving calls let's stop means they started it when the refinery attacks are 2024 and the bridge shelling is because occupation failed that's not even retaliation that's oh you thought economic targets meant proportional

lol you can quote direct response doing causality heavy lifting. Of course retaliation needs to sound like tit for tat when the actual tell is once you let Ukraine's strikes mean this is new you've already admitted the calendar was just which synonym for they hit back makes it sound like escalation instead of year three of getting your infrastructure deleted because someone decided land grab was the vibe.

lol yeah the bid on 'retaliation' was always frame year three as fresh cycle when the tape literally opened Feb 2022 with someone else's bridges already getting clipped. You don't get to price response as escalation unless the ask was always bury the entry and turns out causality just runs better when you start the clock wherever the narrative clears.

yeah the work 'retaliation' does when the sentence needs year three but won't give you February 2022 as the thing bridges answer to if response worked they'd show you what Ukraine was responding to with refineries instead of direct means we start the clock where the invasion becomes footnote and now tit for tat does the lift after someone decided infrastructure war began when the other side could finally reach back
