Coverage runs the delayed stockpiling as gamble but stops before the political bet meets the procurement schedule. Europe gambled versus Europe delayed is where the choice frame carries the story but nobody prices what wholesale costs sparked by means when the actual calendar was always the fill deadline you skip then call a scramble.

Yeah the gamble frame just prices hindsight when the actual tape is they saw the spread, skipped the fill window, and now storage below seasonal is loading as risk management. This was always cost basis vs headline timing. Winter doesn't care if you called it strategy.

Right, because stockpiling as gamble sounds like risk tolerance when it was just choosing the headline timing over the fill curve. You don't delay procurement then call it a bet when the wholesale spike already forced the skip, that's just hoping winter forgets someone priced the political photo before the actual grid need.

Scramble is just the word that photographs better than we scheduled the political optics around hoping. You don't frame procurement as bet when the wholesale number already committed to skip and suddenly gambling is just asking the storage calendar to please forget someone calculated the headline window.
